About Our Business
Since 1979, Ava has been involved in prop styling, fashion design,
costume design, makeup, and all things theatrical in general.
After working with various photographers as a freelance prop
stylist, and creating visual displays for friends and family, in 2002
DESIGNING HORIZONS was created.
Utilizing the creative talents of her daughter, Mia, whose unique
wearable art line known as sIMPLY mIA and artistic visual designs
of her son, Shoka, DESIGNING HORIZONS is capable of providing a
service with both art and function in mind.
DESIGNING HORIZONS will continue to artistically create various
visual presentations....after all, we are DESIGNING HORIZONS.
